Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or major promotions, processing times may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you informed through real-time updates and email notifications.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure fast and reliable service:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days across the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or the delivery destination.

Shipping Coverage
Codyclothings ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • The shipping carrier’s details

  • Your unique tracking number

  • direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the carrier accepts it. Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or missing:

  1. Verify that the shipping address provided is correct.

  2. Check with neighbors or anyone who might have accepted the delivery.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

If your package is still not located, contact us at support@codyclothings.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate the issue and provide assistance wherever possible. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will always do its best to support you.

Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you promptly. You may choose to:

  • Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments
For faster service, some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages. Each shipment will include its own tracking number so you can follow every delivery.
