Order Changes & Cancellations
Before completing your checkout, please double-check your order details — including size, color, and quantity — to ensure everything is correct.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email support@storeallthat.com and include your order number for faster assistance.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes once your order is placed.
If you’d like to make changes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
✅ Eligible for Return If:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product differs significantly from its description on our website
❌ Not Eligible for Return If:
• The item has been used, washed, or altered
• It shows minor imperfections such as loose threads or wrinkles
• It’s missing original tags or packaging
• The damage was not caused by Storeallthat
How to Request a Refund
To start your return or refund process, please email support@storeallthat.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Shipping receipt, if applicable
⚠️ Important: Do not send any returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
• Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider or email support@storeallthat.com for assistance.

• Lost or Damaged Returns: Storeallthat is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit
